Unbelievably bad. And 3 hours of bad! How Steven Spielburg still has his demi god status is way beyond me. Anyone who could make overbloated shit like this needs to retire! Skip it. Posted by Hello

This was shot in Vancouver. Lucy Liu is simply stunning and a major babe. I like Bandearas but prefer him in his older stuff, like Desperado...Now there was a movie... Posted by Hello

Yeah I liked it. Light and funny. Plus Jennifer Love Hewitt is in it. Need I say more?? Posted by Hello

Excellent movie. Nicely shot in London. Good message and excellent warm happy ending. It'll make you feel all fuzzy inside. Posted by Hello

24

I just finished with the 1am to 2am episode, and it was some of the most riveting tv I have ever seen! I kept thinking that I wished they made movies this good. I have seen so many crap movies recently, that I've almost given up on them. 24 is simply the best show on tv now. Keep up the great work.

Terrible. Awful. Waste of my time. De Niro - You have gone so downhill... Posted by Hello

Gotta say, not a big fan. Too much computer graphics and not enough plot. Skip this and read the comics instead. They rock. Posted by Hello

Cool movie. Fast cars. Hot chicks. What else do you need? Posted by Hello

Funny as hell. One of my favorites. Wicked flick. Posted by Hello

New Feature

Ok, I've seen a lot of movies. And these days there is so much crap out there! Sigh...
So I'm gonna start Chris's movie reviews. But with none of that pretencious reviewer bullshit. I'll give you it straight up in 10 words or less. And why can you trust me?? Cause I'm good, and I know what I'm talking about. Enjoy - but don't forget the popcorn.

Usher Confessions Hidden Gem # 3

Yeah I like this CD. Not all of it, as there is some slow crap. But I keep finding these hidden gems. And track number 16 "Take Your Hand" is an excellent example. It starts out with that old gritty needle on record sound, and a driving bass line. And it just gets better from there.
This is up there for me with the other standout tracks, "Caught Up", "Bad Girl" . Check it out. It rocks.

The Daily Show's John Stewart - Brilliant Posted by Hello

The Daily Show

Thanks to the wonders of the 'net, I can watch this show on my computer way over in Japan nightly. It is quite simply the best 23 minutes of tv out there right now. 100% left wing, and funny as hell, John Stewart is the new Johnny Carson.
Tv with an edge and that requires you to think. Now that is what I like!!
Check it out...

Green Day Coming to Osaka

Green Day are coming next month and though they are touring their fantastic new cd, I just can't be assed to go. I used to go to a ton of concerts, here in Japan, however I find them way too expensive now. The average ticket price is 7000 yen, which is about 80 Canadian dollars. Crazy, and plus Green Day are playing in Osaka Castle Hall which has shit sound. Well, maybe I can try and sneak in. It has worked before. Peace out.

Good TV Posted by Hello

24

24 is simply put, quality TV. This is the 4th season, but my first watching, and I'm pissed I missed the ones before. I'm addicted, and for good reason. The show has drama, suspense, excellent characters and great dialogue. Normally I don't watch TV, but this is one show that I look forward to watching in the week. Check it out.

Yes Yes Yes!

A new season of SURVIVOR has begun, and already I'm hooked. I love the drama, intrigue and especially the back stabbing. This is the 10th season (I think) and I've had the pleasure of watching most of the shows and seasons before. I remember being so hooked on the first season that I had my mom send me the videos (VHS!) in the post to me in Japan. Now thanks to the wonders of the 'net she doesn't need to do that anymore. So sit back, grab a bag of chip, and put some money into your office pool, cause a new season of Survivor has started!
